Due to heavy workload at work and a lot of "projects" at home not much time are left for making analysis! However, LRC4 takes less time from me as nearly all matches are arranged for very early. Once again, thanks to all the participants.

 

After 4 rounds in LRC4 this is what I think:

Group 1: VFC Frederik Viimsi will reach the endstages but it's wide open who will join them. My prediction is 1. FC Vesterbro.

 

Group 2: I have never performed so well in LRC and my team Helgonen is already in the endstages. Canadian City of Kings FC looks best to take second place but it's hard to predict.

 

Group 3: Another Estonian team leads the group (comp Group 1) and is ready for the endstages. Second position is as in most groups uncertain. I believe Real Salvador will be the strongest competitor.

 

Group 4: Last years winner FC Chelyabinsk is steaming on and is ready for the endstages. Only a catastrophy can stop Regional Rams from joining them!

 

Group 5: Krull FF looks together with group 4-leader FC Chelyabinsk to be the strongest teams in LRC4. Krull FF will probably win group 5 comfortably and Dinamo Tallin looks certain to be second. However, I would send out a warning for Cassinia Crusaders!

 

Group 6 After three 1-0 victories Efreddy FC lost in the fourth round. Group 6 is the hardest group to predict as there are three teams who all can take the three first positions. My prediction is that Requim for a Team and Hawk United will reach the endstages (I suppose Efreddy FC will prove me wrong!)

 

Group 7: This group is also har to predict but I believe OKS Taborowa will win with Diname as second!

 

Group 8: In group 8 Dep. Jailbreakers is already in the endstages and Jedi-Ritter looks strong to follow them. A warning for SEW FC though coming from behind. The match between SEW FC and Jedi-Ritter next week is very important!

 

This is the first analysis of LRC3 made in half time!

 

Group 1 is a very even group with 3 teams in 6 points. One of the teams will be replaced after round 4 and I think one of the spots for the endstages will be taken by either the newcomer or TheUnknowns. Moa Atletico will take the other spot!

 

In group 2 they suffer from all the wo's being left by Bayern Hof. It looks like FC Blind Guardians and FC André will reach the endstages.

 

Group 3 also looks like a strong group with Dynamo Dumb heading towards the endstages. It's hard to predict who will follow them, but I predict FC Softcore-Normafa.

 

Group 4 also suffered from wo's but looks to be an American affair! Mansfield will win and I think Winthrop Ramblers will follow them.

 

Group 5 looks to be settled after the current results. FC Chelyabinsk and Protozoa will reach the endstages. FC Chelyabinsk is heading for full points!

 

In group 6 it looks to be one outstanding team, Street Walkers. Second best team is probably Suured Lüristajad if the complete the cup!

 

Group 7 also looks easy to predict. Rasta Hot Shots and FC Lexx looks to be the strongest teams!

 

In group 8 it looks like Carnikava United will win, but after that everything can happen. It even looks like myself could have a tiny chance to reach the endstages! Naaaa.....

 

 

One more match to play and the finalists are American Street Walkers and German Bayern Hof. This is the second time (out of two) Street Walkers reaches the finals! Last year they lost the final against Tauri Asgards, the team the defeated in the semifinals. A bit of revenge for the Walkers. Bayern Hof had an excellent group-play and lost only once against a fellow German team. They have played very well and will probably be a hard opponent in the final. Bayern defeated a strong Mansfield f.c in the semifinals and will look forward to defeat another American team. It's so hard I won't even try to predict an outcome! Good luck to both of you!

 

Almost a month since the last analysis! Due to too much to do at work there has not been any time left! Well the first round in the endstages is finalised and the quarter finals are coming up. Let's start to look back. The last round in the groupstages was no happy time for the cup management. After the fifth round three teams were withdrawn and another two after the sixth round! Lack of moral in the Hattrick-world! Well, the cup management is on the other hand very pleased with the teams who fulfilled the cup!

 

Due to the withdrawal both Mansfield f.c and Muresul Deva found themselves in the endstages. The first round was not very exciting. We had some big wins but also some surprises. The group winners Protozoa and FC Chelyabinsk couldn't deal with the pressure and lost against Mansfield f.c and Regional Rams.

 

The four matches of the quarterfinals could be very interesting. Best groupstages team BlackPanters plays last years winner Tauri Asgards and surpriseteam Regional Rams plays last years runner-up Street Walkers on the top half. In the second half we have an American derby where Mansfield f.c plays Dynamo Dumb and then Bayern Hof against The Bill Football Club.

 

My prediction is semifinals between BlackPanters and Street Walkers and Mansfield f.c against Bayern Hof. I think Mansfield f.c and Bayern Hof will have rather easy wins, but the Panters and the Walkers really has to be up for it as Tauri Asgards and Regional Rams are not going to give away something!  But then I am probably wrong as usual :-)

 

With five matches played it is in some group now clear who will enter the endstages or not. Unfortunaltely we have had a lot of wo's and even some withdrawals creating new conditions in some groups.

 

From group 1 Dynamo Dumb will reach the endstages. If FCFarul plays next match they will join them in the endstages.

 

As newcomer Melltorp Redemption leaves wo in the last round the teams Protozoa and Regional Rams will enter the endstages.

 

Also group 3 is settled after 5 rounds. The Russian affair continues with both FC Chelyabinsk and FC Lexx clearly ahead of the other two teams in the group. Finally my team Helgonen took their first victory in the cup!

 

BlackPanters is outstanding in group 4, but before Tha-Gangstas left wo in the final round it was an open affair. Now TheUnknowns will join the Belgians in the endstages!

 

Group 5 is still open. Street Walkers will enter the endstages, but it is still open if Mugardos United or The Divine ´Crazies will join them.

 

From group 6 it looks like Bayern Hof and FC Softcore-Normafa will reach the endstages as third-placed Jedi-Ritter is playing outstanding Bayern Hof in the final round.

 

Group 7 has suffered from 2 withdrawals and The Bill Football Club will reach the endstages. As newcomer Thorpys has withdrawn before entering the cup second place is vacant and Goonies FC and Muresul Deva will have a clash for the endstages position due to the new rule!

 

In group 8 all teams can enter the endstages but the Finnish duo PEDT and Tauri Asgards look strong!

 

After three played matches and halfway through the groupstages it is slowly beginning to show who will make the endstages and who will not!

 

In group 1, Beograd VJK has been replaced by Mansfield f.c., and the newcomer starts with playing the group leader, outstanding FCFarul twice. FCFarul will most certain reach the endstages and Mansfield f.c. not. We hope Mansfield f.c. will get a more fair chance next year though! Sioux Warriors and Dynamo Dump will compete for the remaining ticket to the endstages with an interesting match coming up in the fourth round!

 

Regional Rams tops the second group where Zwan has been replaced by Melltorp redemption after three rounds. The group has suffered from many W.O.'s and it's hard to say who will reach the endstages. Regional Rams looks strong and I think the newcomer has a good chance too!

 

The third group will be a Russian affair, with FC Chelyabinsk ahead of FC Lexx. Neither Diname nor my own team Helgonen can change that! It's a nice group though with all matches played so far!

 

BlackPanters leads group 4 comfortably with all other teams on the three points. The leader has a good chance to reach the endstages, but it looks like all team can beat eachother in this group. So far all matches are played!

 

In group 5, last years runners-up, Street Walkers has taken the command and will most certain reach the endstages! Sun&Fun United has been replaced by the LRC1-team Dinamo Tallinn, who probably can challenge for a ticket to the endstages.

 

In group 6 Bayern Hof looks impressive with Hungarian team FC Softcore-Normafa challenging from behind. Third-placed Jedi-Ritter will probably not give up either, while Real Software probably will remain in the bottom.

 

The Bill F.C. tops the seventh group with Kubiaschwili Stars as second. Both teams will probably reach the play-offs, especially as third-placed The Schritties has left W.O. in their 4th round match against the Stars.

 

The eight group will probably be a Nordic affair between Team Solan, PEDT and Tauri Asgards. Cassinia Crusaders has won their matches on W.O. and will probably fall down if the matches will be played. Defending champion Tauri Asgards has left W.O. in the first 3 rounds due to an impressive strike in their national cup. Can they compete for a place in the play-offs? Anyway, they are depending on the results from the other matches!
